Private Pay

• Individual Therapy – $100 per 50-minute session

• Sliding Scale Rate – $60 -$95 per session depending on income.
  Sliding scale appointments are available based on financial need and appointment availability.

I believe healing should be accessible. If cost feels like a barrier, please reach out, I’ll do my best to work with you or provide referrals.

Services are currently provided to clients located in North Carolina only.

I currently accept the following insurance plans:

• Blue Cross & Blue Shield

• Quest

Coverage and copay amounts vary depending on your specific plan. I encourage you to contact your insurance provider ahead of our first session to verify your mental health benefits.

Good Faith Estimate

If you are uninsured or choose not to use insurance, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining expected costs of non-emergency services. This will be provided upon scheduling.

Telehealth Availability

All sessions are currently offered via secure telehealth for clients located in North Carolina.
